2. Who Can Apply?

To appear for AIBE, a candidate must:

Have completed a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree from a recognized law college.

Be enrolled with any State Bar Council as an advocate.

There is no age limit or maximum number of attempts for this exam.

3. Exam Pattern

Mode: Offline (pen and paper-based).

Type: Objective-type questions (Multiple Choice Questions - MCQs).

Total Questions: 100.

Duration: 3 hours 30 minutes.

Negative Marking: No negative marking.

Languages: The exam is conducted in multiple languages (English, Hindi, and regional languages).
